Payment/Cancellation of Service
A 10% deposit is required on events, which can not be refunded one month prior to date of the event. Full payment for must be made before the event commences.
Other works carried out by YellowMelen will be invoiced and full payment to be made within one month of the date of the invoice. Failure to settle the invoice within one month of the invoice will incur a 5% charge, failure to pay within three months will result in a 15% charge.
Cancellations
Deposits on events can not be returned if services are cancelled within 2 weeks of said event.
Value Added Tax (VAT)
VAT is charged at 17.5% on all services apart from pre-defined packages which have VAT included within the price.
