Use of the website

In accessing the YellowMelen website you accept the following terms and conditions of use, you agree:

• to abide by all applicable laws, regulations and codes of conduct when using the website and to be solely responsible for all things arising from your use of the website;
• not to use the website in any way which might infringe any rights of any third party or give rise to a legal claim against YellowMelen by any third party;
• not to damage, interfere with or disrupt access to the website or do anything that may interrupt or impair its functionality;
• not to obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorised access, through whatever means, to the website or other services or computer systems or areas of our, or any of our partners’, networks which are identified as restricted;
• not to collect or store personal data about other users for commercial purposes;
• to respect the privacy of your fellow Internet users;
• to provide true, accurate, complete and current information to us and notify us immediately of any change.

Payment of services

Weddings and events

A 10% deposit is required on weddings and events, which can not be refunded one month prior to date of the event. Full payment for must be made before the event commences.

Other services

Other works carried out by YellowMelen will be invoiced and full payment to be made within one month of the date of the invoice. Failure to settle the invoice within one month of the invoice will incur a 5% charge, failure to pay within three months will result in a 15% charge.

Value Added Tax (VAT)

VAT is charged at 17.5% on all services apart from pre-defined packages which have VAT included within the price.

Level of service

YellowMelen will perform every task to the highest standard possible and will not be directly held responsible for events outside our control.

Once a compliance form has been signed responsibility falls with clients and YellowMelen can not be held responsible for the affects caused by the clients actions.

YellowMelen wants to achieve positive and correct results with its clients and seeks customer approval everytime.

Public Liability Insurance

YellowMelen has public liability insurance.

Cancellation of services

Deposits on weddings and events can not be retunrned if services are cancelled within 2 weeks of said event.
